REFUND POLICY – HYRA MATS

HYRA MATS is operated by HYRA ENTERPRISES. We aim to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for our customers.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

A request is raised within 7 days of delivery

The product is unused and in original condition

Valid photo or video proof of the issue is provided
📸 Photo/Video proof is mandatory for all refund requests.
2. How to Request a Refund (WhatsApp Only)
All refund requests must be raised ONLY via WhatsApp.

3. Refund Approval

Refunds are subject to verification and approval by HYRA MATS

If the request is approved, the refund will be initiated

If the request is rejected, the reason will be communicated clearly
4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
COD Orders:

Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

Customer must share valid UPI ID or bank details
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:

Used, washed, or altered products

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

Minor colour, texture, or appearance variations (natural Korai grass)

Damage caused by improper handling or usage
🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Refund After Return Pickup

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected

Return pickup will be arranged via Shiprocket or courier partners (subject to serviceability)
