RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – HYRA MATS

HYRA MATS is operated by HYRA ENTERPRISES. We are committed to providing quality natural Korai mats and a smooth shopping experience.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer 7 DAYS RETURN OR EXCHANGE from the date of delivery.

A return or exchange request will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • Valid photo or video proof of the issue is provided

📸 Photo/Video proof is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered

  • Damage occurred due to improper handling or usage

  • Request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • Minor colour, texture, or size variations (natural Korai grass products)


3. How to Request Return or Exchange (WhatsApp Only)

All return and exchange requests must be raised ONLY via WhatsApp.

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Approved exchanges will be processed based on product availability

  • Exchange shipment will be arranged by our logistics partner (Shiprocket)

  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund will be issued


5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect


6. Return Pickup

  • Return pickup will be arranged through Shiprocket or courier partners

  • Pickup availability depends on serviceability of your location

  • In some cases, customer may be requested to self-ship the product


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
